We've just become the very proud owners of a '72 Westy. Although she's in FANTASTIC condition, there are a few things we want to do, like...

Install x3 lots of 3-point seatbelts in the rear. I'm not sure if we can do this as we think she's got a 3/4 width seat.

Install another bunk on the pop-top, the guy who sold her said there's lots for sale - I've yet to find one!

Properly one for the 'Garage' but what's the gap setting for the points? Any hot-shots in the Godalming/Guildford area when it comes to timing?

for setting points and timing. you could buy the John muir idiot book. i have learnt loads from that. can get it from Amozon and Vw Books Etc.

Points gap is 0.16 I think once that is done you can static time accuratley.
