HELP
I am planning a trip of Europe for 6 months next year in my 66' splitty. I need some Help. Does anybody know of any insurance company that would insure me in Europe for this time, I would also like Breakdown cover.
All the people I have tried will only cover for 90 days max. And some the vehicle can only be upto 15yrs. Which is no good to me.
Any advise would be fantastic.

Hi Ben

I had the same trouble but i finaaly found some insurance through Volks World Insyrance services. Im insured with a company called Kinectic who insure in this country and when you want to go abroad you let them know and pay an extra £60 quid and you are then fully covered abroad for however long you wish . I have not found any breakdown cover yat , butr if you do let me know .

Cheers Renee

Join the camping and caravaning club £30, and save loads on ferry crossings and european recovery services, saved £100 with them yesterday on one ferry crossing! I pay £160 ish per year for full european cover with a '63 split and Eriba caravan, and thats recovery not breakdown :p
