Barcelona and back

Thinking of taking the new van down to barcelona and doing a bit of touring on the mediteranian. Thing is, how long does it take to get there in a camper van? mines a 1600 so i'm not to sure how long I should allow, I did it back in the summer and we managed a 3 day sprint from barcelona back to calais in 3 days, but that was a 1.2 nova and was cruising at around 90mph. I know I also do not want to take the toll roads, as this is a budget basement holiday.
