Due to a change in circumstances, my rust free 72 bay will need to live on the street for a while? With the British weather as it is, any tips for looking after her? Will she turn in to a pile of rust overnight???

My mechanic advised waxoil all of undercarriage - on my '90 T4 Leisurehome Hi-Top, as it was still ok at the moment. I've now had this done, and only cost £28 +VAT so didn't break the bank! Might be a good start!

Hello, we're facing the same dilemma. We've been considering getting a Pro-Tec cover. Has anyone got first hand experience of these? Do they reallyl give as good protection against rot and rust as the company claim?

Keep it clean and waxed, get a cover if appropriate (not sure on the legalities of it being covered on the street regarding tax disc display/vehicle identification?) and hope for a dry winter!
Waxoyl to the underside and inner cavaties should always be applied ;)
