I just replaced my sliding door front inside closing mechanism and reattached the cables. This has the small plastic lever to lock the door internally. The door opens and closes fine. It also locks fine from the outside. When I close the door on the inside, I pull the main (large) lever up in order to bring in the back of the door. However, when I try to use the internal plastic lock lever to lock the door on the inside, it only moves through about 30 degrees and doesn't engage.
Any ideas?
