Hi, we have a LH T25 Westfalia Joker with a canvas roof. We have been thinking about replacing the whole canvas roof as it is mouldy and also there is a hole in the zip up window / air vent which lets in a lot of water when it rains!! However, have just found out it is about £400 for a new roof and bits and then garages are going to charge about £600-700 to fit the thing! So, we are now trying to see if we can somehow repair the roof and just give it a good clean inside and respray with some kind of water proof product.
any ideas that you can think of of where to go or what to do? We are not budding VW restoration people unfortunately, we just bought it to enjoy weekends away!
We live in Southsea in Hampshire and we are also really struggling to find anyone local that really specialises in the non mechanical side of T25s.
