Caravelle conversion: any info greatfully received

Hi All, we're just commencing the conversion of our recently purchased '99 Caravelle into a camper and would appreciate any help from those who've been down this route.

Our initial questions/pleas for help include:

1) Has anyone used the existing rear double seat as the base for their bed?

2) We have two children and I'd prefer them both to be in three point belts in the back rather than one of them in a lap belt. Has anyone used the existing seat belt fitting from the otherside of the van and simply stretched it across, possibly with mods?

3) Can anyone reccommend any van converters in East Anglia (with the exception of T2D whom I've spoken to this morning)? In particular we're looking to have a pop top fitted.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
