Servicing?

Hi all! I'm going to service our viking roofed T2 myself, I'm alright as far as changing plugs, oil, filters etc.but is there anything in particular i should look out for and check? Cheers!

Change the oil.
Clean the filter if its a 1600, or replace if its a 1700 +
Replace the element in the air filter
Change/clean plugs
Clean/change/reset points*
Change condensor*

* Replace with an elctronic kit ;)

Check the fan belt and replace if required.
Check fuel lines and replace if worn/frayed.
Change fuel filter.

Take the time to look for any loose or worn parts - split air hoses, loose connections, leaks, split drive shaft boots, frayed cables, cracked brake pipes etc etc.

Jack up van and spin wheels and check for bearing wear.
Grease front axle, via 5 grease nipples.

Consider changing gearbox oil?

Take the battery off and fully charge it - even if its currently starting ok.

Check screen wash and bottle pressure. Check all tyre pressures.
