Quantum Car Alarm

Hi, I have a Quantum Alarm in my camper, which is playing up, does anybody have any information about the company?
I think it is factory fitted and the alarm is a Automatic Car Alarm with Keypad control - 998VAG020QA1.

Any help is appreciated.

I had a problem with the indicator-flasher circuit on my Polo's car alarm. The nearside indicators would 'jam' on, and I'd have to smack the box to fix it. In the end I fitted a pair of external relays, driven off the alarm's reliable offside indicator relay.
