Hi All
Not been here for a while but I thought I'd tell you about my van wiring nightmare!
The person who had my van before me obviously didn't have a clue about wiring. When the dash was taken off there was live wires everywhere...... even touching the dash itself! The person must have just kept taking splits off of one of the main live wires and then when he was finished just left them bare and hanging took some of the wiring to burn out before we realised the state of it! :mad:
Luckily we've now got it completely rewired and she's going to be back on the road for the Spring :)
Really wish sometimes that if someone can't do something properly they just would't fudge it and they would take it to someone that knows what they are doing!! (my van's been full of scarey work that's someone has done before, but now it's getting all better!!)
