Windscreen Help

Has anybody fitted a windscreen to a bay before?

I'm struggling and i'm looking for some tips that may help!

Get two of you.
Fit the seal to the screen, then feed a strong string/nylon cord into the gap where it will go over the body lip.
Place the glass into the aperture and with one of you pushing the screen against the body, get the one on the inside to pull the cord, which will pull the seal over the lip. Then thump it into place and job will be a good un.

Make sure the seal is warm and flexible first. Dont use sealants or washing up liquid type stuff to lubricate it.Put the join at the bottom in the middle.
