Which Is The Fastes Vw Camper Van

Hi everyone

I am looking to buy a vw camper for everday use. (selling car - Ford Puma)

No sure on budget yet but in between £4k -£7k

which are fastest?

Which have highest mph?

Which are generally best for everyday use?

Any other advice would be appreciated.

I'm no expert but I would have thought a fairly late T25 petrol version, although it won't be a racing car, will be a bit wobbly in the corners and will cost a fortune in petrol if you drive it hard.

You'll be amazed at how happy you are to tootle along at 50mph or so once you get one though.

I'm new to this whole camper van thing.
(soon to be an Ex-caravaner and proud owner of a T25 camper)
But if its speed your after (in a camper van???? ) I would suggest a late model, larger engined pop top as it would have less wind resistance, thus maybe giving you slightly better fuel bills.

dead right there my 2.1 does 25mpg if you go half slow!

i have an auto caravelle it has suprising good low down power and shoots from traffic lights it easily keeps up with traffic no probs
