I am having problems with the firdge in my 1979 bay window camper. It is a devon conversion and the fridge is called an electrolux 120.
It runs on battery when the engine is running and this works fine.
When you pull up to camp you are supposed to light the gas. The ignition that provides the spark does not work so you have to light the pilot by reaching underneath. It lights fine and stays on but the fridge does not seem to work at all, even though it does pump some heat out of the flue...
When I first camped with the van I did not know that you could light it this way and I pulled the fridge out to see how it worked. I don't know if I damaged something when I moved it??
Any ideas anyone??
